May 22, 2011· I was told by the guy at Lowe's in the tile dept, that you can use unglazed quarry tile for pizza stone. He said that was the only tile he knew of that could be used for that. I haven't tried it because the largest they have is an 8" tile. But I may buy 4 tiles and just lay them together in the oven to make a larger surface.
